Erica Schoenberg is a relative newcomer to the game of poker. She has learned quickly, though, and had some impressive finishes already. Professional poker may be new to her, but gambling certainly is not.

Erica Schoenberg was born in Akron, Ohio on March 25, 1978. Erica is a professional american blackjack player as well as a poker player. She used to be a model, a professional volleyball player and a personal trainer. Erica was trained in professional blackjack by a member of the team of Blackjack at MIT. She then went to compete in the World Series of Blackjack.

Erica Schoenberg is a professional poker player as well and she placed 16th in the $25,000 Championship – No Limit Texas hold’em of the World Poker Tour and 3rd in the $1,500 no limit hold ‘em during the 2007 World Series of Poker. She appears in the Season 4 WPT Ladies Night Event alongside Jennifer Tilly and 4 other female poker players. In 2007 Erica finished first and won the $2,500 No Limit Hold’em Mandalay Bay Poker Championship bringing home $105,875. She was also a contestant in the Ultimate Blackjack Tour on CBS.

Erica Schoenberg is a member of the Full Tilt Poker team of professional players.

She is engaged to high stakes french poker player David Benyamine.

As of 2008, her total live poker tournament winnings are in excess of $630,000.
